Directions:
Toast the bread. Mash the avocado with a fork. Spread mashed avocado on toast. Sprinkle with a good amount of everything bagel spice (see below) and top with slices of boiled egg. |

2 Tablespoon(s) Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon(s) Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon(s) Dried Onion minced or powder 2 Teaspoon(s) Dried Garlic minced or powder 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Sea salt |
Directions: Warm a dry nonstick pan over medium or lower heat. It shouldn’t be hot enough to burn spices. We just want to toast it a bit. Mix all the spices together in a bowl. Dump it all in the pan with a spatula ready to stir them. Keep the mixture moving in the pan to avoid burning. As soon as the fragrances come out and the mixture shows signs of browning remove from heat and immediately remove mixture from pan (eg dump pan contents back into the mixing bowl). |
