Ingredients: 2 3/4 Cup(s) Flour 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder 1 3/4 Cup(s) Sugar, divided 1 Cup(s) Butter 2 Each(s) Eggs 1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon |
Directions:
Stir 1-1/2 c. sugar and eggs into melted butter until smooth. Stir in flour (etc.) until smooth, soft dough forms. Cover tight; refrigerate at least 1 hour. On waxed paper, mix remaining 1/4 c. sugar with cinnamon. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough on sugar mixture; turn to coat well. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-12 minutes. |
