Ingredients: 1 Each(s) bunch Swiss Chard 1/2 Pound(s) fresh spinach 3 Tablespoon(s) olive oil 1 Tablespoon(s) lemon juice 2 Each(s) garlic cloves, minced 1/2 Teaspoon(s) toasted sesame oil 1 Dash(s) salt and pepper |
Directions:
Wash spinach and chard. Chop chard stems, separate from leaves. Coarsely chop spinach and chard leaves. Saute chard stems in 1 T oil until barely tender. Add leaves to pan and cook until wilted. Remove from heat. Combine all other ingredients in small jar, seal and shake. Toss with spinach and chard. Serve warm. |
