Ingredients: 1 Each(s) Near East Rice Pilaf Toasted Almond 1 Tablespoon(s) olive oil or butter 1 Each(s) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 Each(s) medium onion, minced 1 Each(s) to 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 Teaspoon(s) dried basil 3 Tablespoon(s) Parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
Prepare Near East rice according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in medium skillet heat oil over medium heat, add onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in artichoke pieces and cook over low heat for 4 to 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice and basil.
Stir artichoke mixutre and Parmesan cheese into prepared rice. |
