Ingredients: 2 Cup(s) Wild Rice 2 Cup(s) Shrimp 2 Cup(s) Crab Meat 2 Cup(s) White Rice 2 Each(s) Cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Cup(s) Celery (chopped) 1 Each(s) Minced Green Pepper (small) 1 Each(s) Onion (small) 1 1/2 Pound(s) Mushrooms 1 Cup(s) Buttered Bread Crumbs 1 Cup(s) Grated Cheese (no type specified) 1 Cup(s) Blanched Almonds |
Directions:
Wash wild rice and cook with white rice 25 min. Saute celery, green pepper, onion and mushrooms in butter. Mix with rice, almonds, shrimp, crab and soup. Put in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and buttered bread crumbs. Bake in pan of water at 350 degrees F for 40 min. |
