Ingredients: 1 Pound(s) semi sweet chocolate 1 Cup(s) half and half 1 Cup(s) sugar 2 Teaspoon(s) vanilla 8 Each(s) eggs (slightly beaten) |
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients in heavy sauce pan. Over medium heat, stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. DO NOT BOIL.
Add warm chocolate to beaten eggs and stir to combine.
Pour mixture into 9" springform pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely before removing from pan. Invert onto plate. Pour ganache over cake and let run down sides. Let stand until cool. Decorate with whipped cream and ENJOY!
