Ingredients: 1 Cup(s) butter 3/4 Cup(s) brown sugar 3/4 Cup(s) granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon(s) vanilla 1 Cup(s) peanut butter, creamy or chunky 2 Each(s) eggs, beaten 1 1/4 Cup(s) all-purpose flour 1 Cup(s) bran 3/4 Cup(s) rolled oats 2 Teaspoon(s) baking soda |
Directions:
Melt butter. Beat together with the sugars, vanilla, peanut butter and eggs. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, bran, oats and baking soda. Stir mixture into butter mixture. Stir in butterscotch or peanut butter chips if desired. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 15 to 18 minutes. Remove to a rack to cool. Makes about 6 dozen cookies depending on how big you like em. |
