Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Vegannaise
1 Cup(s) Soy Milk (plain)
2 Each(s) Canned Chipotles in Adobo Sauce
1 Teaspoon(s) Cumin
1 Teaspoon(s) Dried Garlic granuals
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Oregano
2 Tablespoon(s) Dried Cilantro (or 1/4c Fresh chopped)
1 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
Directions:
Chop the chipotle peppers into small pieces. I try to make sure a teaspoon of the adobo sauce is included in the dressing.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until vegannaise is blended with the soy milk.

You could probably use mayonnaise
